Educational Data Analyst/Manager (EDM-1)

The Educational Data Manager is a technology-savvy person who can manage a team and make process improvements to the use of the company's core data system. Candidates for the position desire the challenge of identifying the most effective procedures for analyzing, capturing, managing, and releasing quality standards data to clients. In addition, the EDM navigates electronic tools rapidly, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with other teams within the organization. Experience with educational curricular content, project management, resource supervision and/or teaching is highly desirable. The full-time position would begin immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to review, analyze, organize, and synthesize a body of information
• Experience with databases of information and/or data entry systems
• Experience with quality assurance or editing/proofreading procedures
• Staff/consultant supervision experience
• Project and resource management experience
• Ability to train and mentor others in accessing, organizing, and capturing information in an electronic system
• Ability to use a variety of technologies directly related to the job as well as to communicate within the company office and remotely
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a variety of audiences
• Ability to meet specified deadline and benchmark delivery dates
• Flexibility in adapting to new challenges in fast-paced educational technology industry
• Bachelors' Degree in a field related to requirements of the position

Highly Desirable

• Experience in educational publishing or in working with state/national curriculum standards
• Teaching or curriculum experience

Academic Benchmarks is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Remote candidate will be considered, but travel to the company headquarters on a regular basis would be expected
