Client Services Manager
Academic Benchmarks is currently
looking for Client Services Managers to join its growing team.
The Client Services Manager
is responsible for planning and managing client service projects. Duties
Include:
- Manage alignment
projects so that they are completed on time, on budget, and to the client's
quality needs in order to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve profitability
targets, and maintain market share critical mass.
- Develop and maintain
client relationships to ensure ongoing client support and satisfaction,
to facilitate potential up sell opportunities, and to identify potential
product improvements.
- Participate in continuous
improvement initiatives to streamline, eliminate, combine, or automate
steps within operational procedures to improve efficiency and simplify
processes.
The Client Services Manager
position requires:
- a minimum of one
to three years of educational industry experience
- a minimum of three
to five years of previous project management and client relationship-building
experience
- a Bachelor's degree
The ideal candidate will also
possess:
- management experience
- experience in a
growing organization
