About the Operations Coordinator Position
The Operations Coordinator is an engaging and intelligent individual interested in gaining valuable work experience in an energetic, growing education company. The entry-level position places the candidate in a role that offers a diversity of activities and learning opportunities that support the business practices within Academic Benchmarks. Through daily interaction with all departments within the company daily, the Operations Coordinator will complete routine office management duties in an efficient manner, provide support to the Sales and Service teams, as well as be able to take on and seek out special projects to further the growth of Academic Benchmarks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Support - providing support to sales team as needed including quotes for work orders, creating contracts from template, and execution of signed contracts
- Reviewing applications for Subject Matter Expert - review and respond to candidates and keep systems up to date regarding hiring status
- General Office Administration - including answering and maintaining phone system, filing and ordering office supplies
- Time Sheet reporting - compiling data regarding time tracking and reporting to accounting and payroll
- Work with other departments to create smoother workflow and develop ideas for improved efficiencies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines possesses a high level of self-motivation, and an excellent work ethic.
- Solid computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Function well in a team-environment, with strong professional and interpersonal communication skills.
The full-time position, based out of the company's Cincinnati (Mason) offices, begins immediately. The qualified hire will receive training on all systems and procedures needed to perform the job as well as an introduction to relevant industry information.
